Net Neutrality

A debate is currently going on regarding Net Neutrality, with major ISPs requesting the ability to provide tiered service. There is conflicting information coming from all sides on the impact of such an action. The most direct impact tiered service will probably have is upon voice and video streaming over the internet, including services such as VoIP (Vonage, Lingo, Skype) and video conferencing such as iChat.
