Druid iDesk is a native desktop application for Windows, Macintosh and Linux systems that integrates with Druid UCS 5. iDesk features Instant Messaging functionality for all Druid UCS 5 users providing presence and instant secure text communication that integrates with the Druid server. iDesk also integrates with SugarCRM providing pop-up information on incoming calls including the caller's name and company, the latest notes concerning this contact stored in SugarCRM and access to a Yahoo map showing the location of the caller. Without launching a web browser or having SugarCRM open, iDesk provides the functionality to seemlessly type new notes concerning the ongoing conversation and gives you single click access to powerful phone features such as call recording and call transfers.
