Georgia Telework Tax Credit |

Georgia is the first state to offer a tax credit to companies that implement a telework program at their company. The Georgia Telework Tax Credit provides up to $20,000 for companies to implement a Telework program during 2009. An additional tax credit of $1200 will be given for each employee that Teleworks at least 12 days a month during 2009. Applications will be taken from September 1 through October 31 2008. Up to $2 Million has been allocated for these credits.
