Voiceroute provides the unified communications server solution Druid UCS. Druid UCS is based on a number of Enterprise Open Source software including Asterisk and Hylafax. Using an intuitive AJAX web interface, Druid UCS provides a Unified Mailbox for each user that holds their voicemail and incoming faxes. Both voicemail and faxes can also be sent directly to your email account. Leveraging the power of Asterisk, Druid UCS offers call transfers, voicemail, intercom, call parking, call queues, auto attendants, call recording, ring groups, conferencing, support for remote users, softphone support and much more. To this feature set, Druid UCS adds an intuitive web-based user interface giving you full control over your account, instant access to all received faxes and voicemail as well as your recorded phone calls along with detailed call records. The integrated Hylafax server provides reception and transmission of faxes via PDF. Druid provides an easy to use interface for call routing based on time of day. Your call routing options include simultaneous rings to multiple phone including your cell phone or a hunt feature where the phone will call multiple phone numbers you specify in an effort to locate you.
Digium is the creator of the powerful Asterisk IP PBX at the heart of Switchvox as well as the Druid UCS system. Switchvox provides a rich Unified Communications solution integrating voice, fax, instant messaging, CRM, web, presence, and an easy to use interactive web switchboard system available to every user of the system. The Switchvox switchboard provides real-time information on the entire phone system and the availability of other users. The Switchvox administrators can control what features each user has access to including call transfers via simple drag and drop, transfer calls to voicemail, record calls, instant message with other users, see the availability of users based on custom presence options (on the phone, at lunch, on vacation), as well as amazing integration with SugarCRM and Salesforce to look up information on callers and log new information on the current call.
