Page 1 of 13 Welcome to the Druid UCS 5.3 Administrative Guide. This is part of a series of guides covering Druid UCS 5.3 including the User Guide and the Technical Guide. The Administrative Guide is for individuals who will be managing key features of the Druid UCS system such as user accounts, phones, call queues, zones, groups, IVRs and other features.

Log into Druid UCS with an administrative account to reach the Administrative Portal for Druid UCS. You will be presented with the Getting Started screen which should have all green checkboxes at this point if your Druid UCS installation is already completed. If you have not completed your Druid UCS installation, please consult the Technical Guide. Click on the "Quick Links" tab to see links to some commonly used features in the Administrative Portal. The tabs across the top of the screen give you access to all the features available to you within the Administrative Portal. We will be covering those features that you will need to deal with at certain times to make changes to your Druid UCS.
