Sollos Technology Solutions proudly presents our solution for a call center utlizing Druid UCS 5, either a Mac OS X 10.6 Server or Google Apps and Mac OS X 10.5 or later workstations. This solution does not require Macintosh systems, but is optimized for customers that wish to run their call center with Macintosh computers. Druid UCS 5 is an industry-leading IP PBX solution with integrated call center functionality including powerful IVR tools, unlimited and flexible call queues, live reporting and real-time queue supervision. We have more information on Druid UCS available throughout our website. Once Mac OS X Server 10.6 has shipped we will discuss configuring this solution with a local Mac server. This solution will utilize cloud hosted calendaring and contact management. Calendaring & Contacts For calendaring, Google Calendar is configured to provide multiple calendars with direct sync with Apple iCal 3.0 or later. You can add events directly to Google Calendar via the web interface or through Apple iCal on your Mac workstation as well as your iPhone. Windows users can use Outlook or Sunbird. For contact management, Apple's Address book provides the ability to sync with a Yahoo account. Set up a new Yahoo account for your company that each Mac workstation can sync with. VoIP Desktop Integration To integrate your Mac workstations with Druid UCS, we rely on Dialectic, a powerful scripting solution for phone integration to Mac OS X. IVRs and Call Queues within Druid UCS are configured to send caller information to the Mac workstation of the agent who answers the call. Dialectic receives the caller's number and looks it up within Address Book, providing details regarding the caller. Optionally you can control iTunes and iChat status.
