Ring Groups are a powerful feature of Druid UCS 5 that allow you to distribute calls across multiple extensions. Group members can be set to standard or not to ring. Members that do not ring can subscribe to the Group so the button associated with the Group will flash on an incoming call allowing them to answer the call should they choose to. Voicemail and faxes sent to the Ring Group enable the message waiting indicator across all Group members. Once one of the members listens to the message, the lights are turned off on all phones.
